Massage can be used to increase relaxation, address stress, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce pain. People use massage for a variety of health-related purposes, including to relieve anxiety and depression, and aid general wellness.

You don't need any special preparation before getting a massage. Before the massage therapy session starts, your massage therapist will ask you about any symptoms, your medical history, and what you are expecting to achieve from the treatment.

Paul has been an RMT since 199 He is a  graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Since then, he has continued his studies extensively in many other fields that include craniosacral therapy, Eastern Medical theory, acupuncture (Diploma 2000, Shiatsu School of Canada), ShiatsuIn continuing with his desire to deliver a higher quality of care to his patients, Paul continues to learn more.
He has spent the last 5 years studying neurological sensing and Trigenics (specialized neuromuscular applications ), Matrix Repatterning (light contact work targeting deeply traumatized tissue).brainsignalling.
By understanding the brain’s many extensive connections to overall glandular and muscular function, the relationships of the presenting symptomology become apparent.
